Twelfth Night Treasure Trove

Twelfth Night Treasure TroveChristmas and New Year festivities may be over for another year, but the Friends of Lakenheath Library are hosting a very special event on Twelfth Night (Sunday 6th January) to banish any January blues and help you start 2013 in style!

Between 10am and 3pm at Lakenheath Library, children of all ages can take part in an around-the-library treasure hunt where chocolate-y treasures and mystery presents (withdrawn books) are up for grabs to those who can seek and locate the 12 shining lights (candles) hidden behind the books, between the shelves, under the tables or on top of the PCs – the more you locate, the more treasure you amass!

Also on offer is a free buffet full of crisps, snacks, biscuits and juice, so why not make it your New Year’s resolution to visit Lakenheath Library and take part in our Twelfth Night Treasure Trove

This is a completely free event hosted by the F.O.L.K., but donations towards our efforts to raise money for the local library service will be warmly welcomed on the day.
