Jewellery-Making Workshop this Summer

Jewellery Making Workshop 2014If you fear you’ll be bored over the Summer Holidays, fear not: Lakenheath Library is holding a Jewellery-making Workshop from 2-4pm on Thursday August 14th for you to release your creativity and come away with a bit of personalised bling!

Run by local resident Tracey, this one-off session* is for all ages and all abilities, but places are strictly limited, so please book in advance either by calling into Lakenheath Library or phoning 01842 860723. Tickets are £5.00 each and you get to keep what you make!

*Due to the limited number of spaces available, if demand is high, Tracey will return for more sessions at a later date.

Police Surgery Next Wednesday

Your local Suffolk Constabulary officer will be holding a Police Surgery at Lakenheath Library next Wednesday, 9th July from 2:30-4:00pm.

Lakenheath residents are encouraged to pop along for a chance to meet and speak directly to your local officer, raise any issues you have or any issues you feel police need to be aware of in your community.
